Differential DiagnosisHistory: A young adult patient suffered that his axillary hairs were beaded with yellow concretions. The condition was greatly improved with a topical antibiotic (erythromycin) cream. The patient was advised to wash his axillae frequently with an antibacterial soap to keep it clear.
