Differential DiagnosisHistory: The great majority of cases of nevus flammeus are congenital, however rarely it may be acquired as in the presented case. A large unilateral nevus flammeus involved the right side of the face and part of the surrounding neck of four years duration. No history of corticosteroid application to the involved site was given.
