History: Hereditary hemorrhagic telangectasia or Osler's disease or Osler-Weber-Rendu disease is an autosomal dominant condition characterized by small tufts of dilated capillaries scattered over the mucous membranes and skin. Epistaxis is the most frequent and persistent finding. This teenager boy presented with history of frequent bouts of spontaneous epistaxis. On examination, many slightly elevated telangectases were evident over the cheeks, nose and lip. Family history of similar condition was positive in one of his brothers.
