History: A 50-year-old lady presented with multiple nodules, superficial ulcers and nodulo-ulcerative lesions involving different sites of the face especially the nose, around the eye and near the ear of about one year duration. Multiple skin biopsies from different lesions proved that these lesions were BCCs.
