Differential DiagnosisHistory: An elderly man presented with multiple, pruritic, bluish-red, infiltrative plaques of more than three years duration. The lesions have involved the face, trunk and extremities. The lymph nodes and internal organs (liver and spleen) were not involved. Biopsy of skin lesions showed features of mycosis fungoides.
