Differential DiagnosisHistory: A 60-year-old woman presented with an asymptomatic, cosmetically bothering, brown-blackish macules and patches involving the face and dorsal surface of hands (photo-exposed sites) of many months duration. Actinic Lichen planus may present clinically in different patterns, one of these patterns is lichen pigmentosus-like as in this case.
