Differential DiagnosisHistory: Three asymptomatic slowly growing dull red indurated nodules with central crustation on both cheeks of 4 months duration. All lesions were successfully treated with 2-3 sessions (10 days apart) of an intralesional sodium stibocluconate (Pentostam) solution.
