Differential DiagnosisHistory: A young lady presented with slightly painful erythematous patches with superficial central erosions and peripheral maceration involving the interdigital web spaces of 6 weeks duration. She gave history of moisture exposure for long periods every day. She has been greatly improved on two weeks combination therapy of topical nystatin plus weak corticosteroid in cream base applied twice daily in addition to avoidance of exposure to moisture.
