History: An adult man has had a bathing trunk congenital giant melanocytic nevus. At last 8 months two red pyogenic granuloma-like nodules developed within the nevus. Skin biopsy of nodules disclosed nodular malignant melanoma. Please notice many discrete varying-sized melanocytic nevi at the surroundings of the main nevus.
