Differential DiagnosisHistory: A 30-year-old man presented with a vesiculobullous rash and crusted erosions of many years duration involving the neck, upper chest and both axillae. Family history of a similar condition was negative. Skin biopsy of a new fresh blister showed features of Hailey-Hailey disease.
