Differential DiagnosisHistory: Uncircumcised man presented with a depigmented sclerosed penile foreskin (prepuce) forming a constricting band around the glans (Phimosis) of about one year duration.He had no associated autoimmune disorders like alopecia areata, vitiligo or pernicious anemia.
