Differential DiagnosisHistory: A young adult male suffered diffuse patchy non-scarring hair loss of the scalp of many months duration. Examination had revealed many exclamation marks at the marginal zones of the bald patches in addition to nail changes involving all fingernails in form of mild koilonychia and thinning of the nail plates.
