Differential DiagnosisHistory: A young adult man presented with multiple asymptomatic ulcers on the central part of the face of about one year duration. There were more than 10 ulcers with variable sizes and shapes and some of them were pigmented. Biopsy of more than one lesion revealed BCC. No family history of a similar problem and the patient's genetic background was normal.
