Differential DiagnosisHistory: A three-year old boy presented with multiple brownish urticarial plaques on the trunk and face and less on the extremities of few months duration. The rash was associated with paroxysmal itching especially in hot conditions. The skin is characterized by a tendency to wheal after being rubbed i.e positive Darier’s sign (see lesions at the right scapular region). The patient had no systemic symptoms.
