Differential DiagnosisHistory: The history began since age of 12 years when the patient and his family noted a light brown macules and patches appeared on the neck. With passage of years the macules and patches had became darker in colour and coalesced into a large hyperpigmented patch with irregular border involved a large unilateral area of the neck. Usually Becker's nevus at this age group is hairy (localized hypertrichosis), however in this particular patient the hair growth was not more than surrounding normal skin.
