Differential DiagnosisHistory: This infant presented with an erythematous rash following 4-5 days of fever. There was history of prodromal symptoms in the form of running nose and watering eyes. The child was not given any active medication before the onset of the rash. There was generalized lymphadenopathy and oral mucosal examination showed Koplik spots.
