History: A teenager male presented for the first time at April with multiple pruritic annular plaques with hyperpigmented centers and mauve-colored borders on sun exposed areas (both neck sides, V area of the chest and extensor surfaces of both forearms). It is of interest to note linear lesions on forearms (lesions occurred at scratch sites as an Isomorphic phenomenon).
