History: A small pinkish papule has appeared more than one year ago on the right part of forehead of this old man. With time the papule has transformed into a round nodule with rolled edge and surface telangectasia. Three months ago a small central superficial ulcer has developed. The lesion has been excised with a suitable safe margin with satisfactory outcome.
