Differential DiagnosisHistory: More than a two-year history of a slowly advancing rodent ulcer that resulted in destruction of the prominent part of the nose. The ulcer was asymptomatic except for the minor occasional bouts of bleeding with minor touch. On careful examination, most portion of the lower half of the lesion was scarred with some telangectasia on the surface. The ulcer had a thready and partly pigmented border.
