Differential DiagnosisHistory: Recent onset of small numbers of relatively large annular plaques on the trunk with a few smaller lesions of similar morphology. Differential diagnosis included granuloma annulare, sarcoidosis and, least likely considering normal sensation in and around lesions, Hansen's disease. Biopsy was classic for GA, and patient was subsequently found to be new adult-onset diabetic (a common association).
