History: Multiple but widely scattered, annular anesthetic plaques on the trunk of a Vietnamese immigrant to the USA. There were a few similar lesions on the chest. Face clear. Biopsy showed a small number of acid-fast bacilli. We classified this as borderline tuberculoid to borderline Hansen's disease.
