Differential DiagnosisHistory: This older man suffered from pruritic, erythematous eczematous and urticarial plaques superimposed by tense bullae involving mainly the limbs and less on the trunk. Some bullae (see presented photos) favored the flexural areas like the interdigital webs and the umbilicus. The mucous membranes were not involved.
