Differential Diagnosis

History: A toddler subjected to a second degree burn with boiled water one month ago. While the burnt area has healed a purple nodule has appeared on the dorsal aspect of the left thumb. The nodule was large in size elevated above the level of skin and partially covered with dirty yellow crust.
