Differential DiagnosisHistory: Two weeks history of bilateral pruritic wheals confined to both lower limbs. The lesions have persisted for more than 3 days before their disappearance. Some lesions were purpuric and many others have left post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation on resolution. The mother gave no history of systemic symptoms, previous drug intake or any preceding infection.
