Differential DiagnosisHistory: Approximately 8-12 hours after ingestion of two tablets of Co-trimoxazole for upper respiratory tract infection, two erythematous to purplish patches appeared on the penile shaft and scrotum, then the patches rapidly evolved into raw erosions with burning sensation.
