Differential DiagnosisHistory: This toddler presented with widespread wheals involving the entire body from the head to the feet of one week duration. Individual wheals usually stay for more than 48 hours and on waning they leave post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. There were no systemic symptoms,lymphadenopathy, previous viral infection or prior drug intake.
