Differential DiagnosisHistory: Middle-aged man with lifelong history of yellow, rough plaque at anterior portion of scalp. Presented due to new appearance of dark-colored papule at one edge of plaque. Biopsy confirmed pigmented BCC (designated by arrow in second image)within a nevus sebaceous.
