Differential DiagnosisHistory: Extensive asymptomatic patches with irregular borders and covered with powdery scales involving the upper trunk, neck and the upper extremities of many years duration. Many previous antifungal agents, topical and systemic, have been tried with limited temporary success but recurrence after short time was the rule.
