Differential DiagnosisHistory: A three years ago, the patient has complained of an asymptomatic erythematous rash confined to her extensor surface of right forearm. Later, the involved area gradually became white in color with an atrophic appearance.At presentation, a large depigmented plaque with slightly hyperpigmented irregular border with a sclerosed consistency and devoid of hair was seen.
