Differential DiagnosisHistory: Since birth the mother had recognized a warty brownish-black linear lesion on the lower part of her daughter left ear. As the girl grew up the lesion became darker in color and has acquired more triangular in shape. Since age of 18 years the lesion has stabilized in size, color and verrucous consistency. There were no associated cutaneous or systemic abnormalities.
