Differential DiagnosisHistory: An old woman presented with an asymptomatic dome-shaped red nodule with central crater filled with keratin. Surface telangectases were apparent on the surface of the tumor which has been present for about three months. The lesion has been surgically excised in toto for therapeutic and diagnostic purposes and revealed histologic changes consistent with the diagnosis of keratoacanthoma.
