Differential Diagnosis

History: 44 year-old taking 200mg minocycline daily for over 2 years for rosacea developed obviously pigmented teeth. Note the pattern, which is typical of minocycline. Typical bleaching will not remove this pigment which is bound to the enamel, though it will improve with time (decades).
