Differential DiagnosisHistory: An 11-year-old girl had an upper respiratory tract infection three weeks later. At last week she suffered a vague abdominal pain and an asymptomatic purpuric rash affecting both lower limbs especially the extensor surfaces. General urine analysis showed microscopic hematuria, also the WBC count and the ESR were slightly elevated.
