Differential DiagnosisHistory: A 68-year-old farmer presented with an asymptomatic, oval ulcer,about 7.5 X 4.5 cm diameters, with an irregular everted edge affecting the right side of the lower part of the forehead just above the lateral border of the right eyebrow of one year duration. A skin biopsy has confirmed the diagnosis of SCC.
