History: Rhinophyma most commonly occurs in glandular subset of rosacea. It affects men much more than women. It usually presents with hypertrophic, hyperemic, large nodular masses with follicular openings usually filled with sebum and keratin. The lesions are usually centered over the distal half of the nose. Rarely, such soft tissue overgrowths can affect the chin, ears or forehead. The presented man has had large rhinophymatous nodules and masses involving the nose and extending to the forehead of many years duration.
