History: Patient had H/O taking NSAIDs for back pain 6 months back after which he developed few bullous lesions over the lips and body and the episode subsided after some days leaving the violacious ,oval plaques.4 days back,he developed itching and burning over the same lesions after taking analgesic for pain.
