Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Asymptomatic, multiple, circular and serpiginous scaly plaques on the scrotum of more than 8 months. On examination, the lesions had raised keratotic borders and clear atrophic centers. Biopsy has shown classical cornoid lamella within the epidermis.
