Differential DiagnosisHistory:
This dark-complexioned man suffered a slowly developing ulcerative BCC on one side of the scalp. The ulcer has rolled up border with granular base and partially covered with a hemorrhagic crust. The patient complained that his lesion bleeds easily even on minor touch. Within 4 years the ulcer has reached about 7 cm diameter and resulted in localized hair fall.
