History:

Grouping of lesions is a characteristic feature of few dermatological disorders; one of these is herpetic infection. This patient had herpes simplex infection. He presented with grouped uniform vesicles on a slightly erythematous base on the extensor aspect of one forearm of few days duration. Some vesicles contained clear fluid and others were hemorrhagic.
