Differential DiagnosisHistory: This toddler has had generalized severe atopic eczema affecting most of the body areas especially the face and extremities. He suffered severe pruritus and secondary eczematization at presentation particularely on the periorbital areas and the ears. Most of the rash has disappeared on treatment with topical and systemic corticosteroids plus systemic antibiotics.
