Differential DiagnosisHistory:
A 6-year-old boy presented with blisters arising on minor traumas since infancy. He has two brothers with negative history of similar mechano-bullous disorder. His parents are relatives. The father complains that his son develops blisters on trivial trauma that shortly rupture forming erosions and crustations. The process of blistering predominantly involved the hands, feet, elbows and knees; however other body areas like the chin and trunk were also involved. The teeth, nails and mucous membranes were not affected.
