Differential DiagnosisHistory: Recurrent eczematous rash of 3 years duration. The rash consisted of pruritic, nummular, eythematous, weepy and crusted plaques involving both hands. The lesions improve and some times totally disappear on topical corticosteroids but relapse at variable time intervals on steroid withdrawal.
