Differential DiagnosisHistory: These images show the condition of localised pustular psoriasis known as Acropustulosis continua of Hallopeau.The psoriasis is usually localised to these areas and causes gross destruction of the nails and swelling of the paronychial areas.The skin changes are tender and painful rather than itchy.
