History:

A middle-aged woman presented for the first time during a hot summer time with multiple 1 to 3 mm translucent papules with slightly burning sensation. Some of the papules had bluish tint. The central part of the face especially the dorsal surface of the nose was the maximum area of involvement. Family history of similar condition was negative.
