Differential DiagnosisHistory: Young man with itchy and unsightly greasy scales overlying mild erythema on nasolabial folds bilaterally, as well as in scalp. Seborrhea (so bad I noted it as sebo-psoriasis) did respond to topical 2% ketoconazole cream and shampoo twice daily.
