Differential DiagnosisHistory:
The patient presented with a history of many months duration of lobulated nodular mass that was asymptomatic, non-tender and slippery in nature. The mass was about 5-7 cm in diameter in the upper arm. On clinical background, it was diagnosed as lipoma and has been completely surgically extracted through a small incision. The mass was composed of yellow fatty tissue as depicted in the photos.
