Differential DiagnosisHistory:
This patient gave history of an extensive hypopigmented scaly skin rash on the back and the sides of the neck of 6 months duration. The rash was asymptomatic but the patient was psychologically disturbed because the cosmetic concern. Under wood’s lamp the rash gave golden yellow fluorescence.
