Differential DiagnosisHistory: This young patient already has acne vulgaris, suddenly he developed polymorphous rash on his trunk and face associated with fever, headache and myalgia of three days duration.On examination, many vesicles on erythematous bases were found with some lesions became custed with a hemorrhogic crust. The rash was maximum on the trunk (back and chest) and less on the face. Few lesions were also found on the scalp and hard palate.
