Differential DiagnosisHistory: More than 6 months history of an itchy erythematous lesions involving the crural areas bilaterally and symmetrically. The edges of the lesions are regular and well demarcated and more scaly than the centers. The patient got comfort on using topical corticosteroids on the expense of more peripheral extension of the lesions.
