Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Bilateral symmetrical, fiery red or salmon pink-coloured plaques covered with thick and large white silvery scales are the characteristic clinical features of psoriatic lesions. This patient presented with three-years history of widespread psoriasis vulgaris involving the trunk, extremities and the scalp. It is interesting to notice the classical silvery scales especially on the legs, the annular plaques particularely on the trunk and the hypopigmentation left by some lesions on the upper arms and also in the center of some lesions on the trunk.
